    - Compressed attachments [pictures] disappearing - outlook not respo "Good evening", I am confronted with following problem. Selecting pictures from from Windows Photo Gallery for sending by E-mail [right click - or toolbar E-mail] , the attachment [pictures] are compressed but subsequently are disappearing without any trace. Outlook does "not" open a 'new message' with the pictures in attachment and thereafter outlook does not open anymore from the desktop. A full reboot is necessary to reinitiate outlook.     - Outlook GMail Issue I recently setup a GMail account in Outlook in which I typed in the wrong information. I then deleted the account. However, it didn't remove the IMAP folders associated with the GMail account.     - Best way for Multiple Account Setup Outlook 2007 with Exchange Ser I have been using Outlook since inception, so I have a lot of bad habits and want to know the best way to do the following: I have multiple companies each with their own domain name. Currently (and for the next year to two), they are all on the same exchange server. I use a pocketPC to sync up. Right now, I have one exchange account, with multiple email addresses hooked up. So email from company a, mixes in with company b and I have a single calendar. I would prefer to keep the two company's emails separate (prefer to also have one calendar between the two). I am having a lot of troubles setting the "Sent From" and making sure I am consistant with signatures, etc... I WISH I could just have two Exchange accounts and set them up so I can open them both up at the same time in the one interface (I know this couldn't be done on previouse versions). Sorry for the inconvenience I installed an older version of Small Business Edition, the 2000 one that's no longer being used on any computer, on my sister's computer specifically because of her e-mail problems. The installation went well. Word worked fine and Outlook opened as usual. When I typed in the settings for her e-mail accounts, I should have checked the LAN, but checked direct instead. When I was finished, there was a popup box with the message about encountering a problem and must close; sorry for the inconvenience.     - IMAP local store issue I was using IMAP to access a server and decided to change service providers. I set the old provider to forward all e-mails to the new host.     - Signature font color change Wierd issue going on here. My coworker got a new pc earlier this week and the IT people set it up. When she starts to create a new message in outlook her previously working signature pops up however the black font is now a pale yellow. There is no option to empty the Sent Items folder. Select the items and
press Delete.

Notice that the option does not say "Empty Sent Items". Try the same thing
with Inbox. You'll see that the Delete options is unavailable there as
well. You cannot delete Outlook's default folders. Only "Deleted Items"
and "Junk E-mail" (for Outlook 2003/2007) have the "Empty" action available
on the right-click context menu. For all other folders, open the folder,
select the items (Ctrl-A will selecte them all) and press or click Delete.
