Sig when reply to RTF

When replying to RTF messages, my Signature font increases from 8 or 9 to 12
or 14 pts. When replying to HTML messages, the font is fine. I use
Trebuchet MS font (my company's mandated font on all correspondence).

Is there any way to correct this? It looks very silly for my signature to
be huge!

I found it works best to edit the sig files directly, they are stored in:
documets and settings\username\application data\microsoft\signatures

Just open the rtf one with Word and change the font.
