Which version of Exchange do you use and are you using the 'premium' version
of OWA or the 'lite' version? The 'lite' version is used in Firefox and
other browsers - it offers fewer features. The logon window will tell you
which version.
Do you have System restore points going back before you installed whatever
caused the problems?
