Hi,

I am using my Mum's computer (she has VISTA & I'm struggling) and her
OUtlook 2007 has 'turned off' her toolbar that contains 'New', 'reply' 'reply
all', etc... it is grey and cannot be selected. This means that she can't
compose mail, or reply to any, but she is receiving new mail during this
problem. I am aware that if she was using XP I would change a file to have a
different ending (like .dat) but i think that it might be dfferent when using
Vista and 2007 outlook.

Can anyone help!

No, that is still the same. However, in this case it is not going to help
you because you either haven't configured an email account yet or haven't
activated the software. You probably cannot create any new Word, Excel,
PowerPoint documents either.
