Can you tell me what version of Outlook you use, and - if you know -
what account type (POP, Imap, Exchange Server)?
It is possible that the message shows the date/time when it arrived on
your mail server, not in your actual mailbox. Outlook should
automatically convert the difference of time zones between the mail
server and client (Outlook).
