How do I increase the overall size of Outlook? Its too small for me to see.
I know how to increase a font, but don't know how to increase Outlook overall.

Which specific things would you like to change in which version of Outlook
and which version of Windows?
Most interface font settings are controlled by Windows and not Outlook.

All of the fonts collectively are what I want to change. Its too small for
me to see. I have Windows version 5.1 and am using Windows XP professional.
Any ideas of what to do to make my outlook bigger? The set up is fine, its
just too small for me to see, so I need everything to be bigger, emails,
calendars, etc.

As Roady said, that is not an Outlook setting. It is a Windows
setting. You need to make your fonts bigger in Windows. After all, if
the fonts are too small in Outlook then they are also too small in
other applications.

You could up the font size but Windows only lets you change some fonts
and those may not include the text that you want enlarged. One way to
up the size of all fonts in Windows (not to a different font size but
enlarging each font size) is to change the DPI (dots per inch) setting.
A larger value means more dots for the same font size hence the
character gets bigger. Right-click on the desktop, Properties,
Settings tab, Advanced button, General tab, and select a larger DPI
setting. Now everything should be easier to read.
