"One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivatd. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported or
there is inssufficient space to store all of your rules."

Above is the error message I get when I tried to save all the rules. I have
done everything according to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886616. I have
tried deleting all the rules in client side and server side. It seemed ok at
first, but after I close and reopen the outlook 2003 again, all the rules
would be there, no rules seemed to be deleted.

What should I do in order all the rules can be deleted? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Have you tried starting Outlook once with the /cleanrules command switch?
That should clear all rules on both the client and server.

Are you accessing the mailbox with more than one version of outlook? That
will cause problems when the older clients are 2002 or older.

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320022
