My computer couldn't find my win32 so I had to use my recovery cd and redo
everything. Now I can't find my old outlook emails and contacts. Can anyone
help me through this process?

A Recovery CD returns your machine to the state in which it left the
factory. If you have no backup, then you are stuffed.
