I use Outlook 2003 and today I started receiving the following error message:
"Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close." It
keeps going in circles and I can't seem to correct it. I've tried
re-configuring using the discs I have, but that doesn't fix it either.

Judy,

I wound up restoring my system to the previous day's settings, which seems
to have done the trick (at least for now). But, I appreciate the info you
sent. One of the error messages in the link you sent me is exactly what I
was getting, so if it happens again, I'll be sure to return to that site.

Thanks!!

Learn to Google the messages - that's how I found that site and it took 2
seconds.
