    - Saving mail merge lists I followed the directions in 212017 found @Microsoft online to create and print envelopes for a mass mailing. I was successful in selecting recipients from OUTLOOK CONTACTS, the data source. Now I want to reuse the list. It never gave me an opportunity to save this list and it is not in MY DATA SOURCES by any name. I want to create multiple mailing lists for different audiences. I do not want to type each name individually to obtain it. How can I do this using the CONTACTS in OUTLOOK 2003? One more thing â?? updating the mailing addresses on each list. Right now, I use OUTLOOK 2003 (not Express) as my default email handler. I have multiple distribution lists. Updating these lists is a few clicks of the mouse.     - How to copy colour auto formatting to other folders Using Outlook 2003, I have set up a number of colour formatting rules in my main Inbox folder so that mail that arrives from certain people is coloured as required. Whenever I set up a sub folder and move mail from Inbox to the sub folder, the colouration is lost. Is there a way of copying the colour formatting rules from Inbox to Inbox/SubFolder rather than having to recreated the formatting rules all over again for the sub folder.     - Import/export I have a large number of business e-mail addresses stored in groups e.g Classic Boats A1" "Classic Boats A2" right the way through the alphabet, each group contains 10 addresses. These groups are intermingled with my personal e-mail addresses which are not in groups. I am trying to export the business addresses to a CSV folder with no success. I can export all my personal addresses but not the business one's, they are always left behind. Can anyone please advise me as to what the problem is and how I can overcome it.     - Personal Folders Backup Failure All of a sudden, when I am prompted to backup my Personal Folders, the animated dialog box that says "Saving..." doesn't appear any more.
