"import and export

hi, recently I have purchased a new computer. so I save the pst file of
outlook 2003 and transfer to my new laptop which has outlook 2007. when I
start the computer and click 'file', I see 'import and export' in gray color.
I can't click it.

why is it in gray color and how can I activiate the import?

you dont import or export native OL data, within OL you open the data file
