I use excel tables with lots of other programs. However, when I use an excel
table with "text" felds which only contain numbers, these fields are
considered numbers (not text) by these other programs.

However, if the cells have little green triangles in them, these other
programs consider the fields to be text, which is what I want.

So how do I get the little green triangles?

No idea, but I add ' to my number to force text.
