How can I add a pdf file to my outlook 2003 signature file. My office wants
a customer survey attached to all new and replied emails. The survey is in
pdf and I tried to do an advanced edit in Word2003, the icon appeared in the
new email, but the file never went to the recipient. An image of the icon
appeared in the email, but no file.

Can this be done or is there another option to have a pdf defaulted to
insert in all emails

My survey question- On a scale of 1 to 10, how annoying is it to get a survey
attached to every single email you get from a company?

I don't think you can do it from outlook - you'd need to do it manually or
with an event sink on the server.

BTW - if you used a custom template with the attachments saved to it, it
might work within outlook.
