Did you completely uninstall any previous version of Outlook first before
installing Office 2007?
Locate MSMAPI and rename it to .old
You can find it here;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<locale id>
After that run a repair on Office 2007.
If that doesn't fix it, start with a new mail profile;
