I have a user when she opens up outlook the following message pops up: The
add-in "C:\program files\Symantec Antivirus\vpsece3.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. The problem may be resolved by using Detect and repair
on the help menu.

I did try it but the message still pops up.

Have you tried reinstalling/repairing Symantec AntiVirus?

I got it - I had to log in as admin then go to C:\documents and
settings\local user\local settings\Applicatin Data\Microsoft\Outlook

delete the extend.dat file. reboot and it works beautifully.
