A user receives e-mail for 2 parties, himself with his in-box, and for
another user via a distribution group. If both he and the other user are
cc'ed, his inbox does not receive the cc, but the distribution group for the
other user does. Why does the user with the in-box not receive the cc???
The first user is a member of the distribution group for the other user.

Without knowing the mail infrastructure this is impossible to troubleshoot.
Also, has this been a single incident or can your repro it consistently?
