Hi Robert, your suggestion is very detailed and I appreciate that. But I
think this is not the problem here. First of all...Yes, it is on Windows XP
Media Center installed on a 2007 Toshiba. Until last week, I used to work
with Desktop Search 3.1 without any troubles (preview pane working ok). Then
I've updated to Windows Search 4 and I think that was the original problem.
So I've installed after that the Outlook 2007 professional trial version
trying to solve that problem, and as the problem with the preview pane was
still there, I've went again to windows desktop search 3. So, after all, now
I've just discovered in a simple search that my preview pane is showing the
complete preview of only one email among many results. Every email is in the
same format, but it is just showing one. It doesn't seem logic to me. Thanks
again for any other suggestion.
