    - Outlook will not send to Comcast.net email address I recently switched to Verizon as my ISP. Using Outlook 2003 emails send to Comcast.net email addresses appear to send and are saved in my save file. They do not deliver to recipient's mailbox. It seems all other emails (aol, g mail) are working fine. If I go to the Verizon server and send message to Comcast.net emails they are received.     - Hyperlinks in Stationery from FrontPage look huge Hello, We have created a nice graphical email newsletter in FrontPage, saved it as a stationery, and then gone to Actions/New Mail Message Using... When I then create the email, the hyperlink areas are enormous (for example, if our text is 8pt, the hyperlinks look 10pt.) They also change color from a darker blue to a regular blue. We have tried and tried (I even tried it in Dreamweaver; it is NOT the editor's fault.)     - Outlook inbox doesn't see unread mail. Ever since i upgraded to Vista, my Outlook hasn't worked properly. I now have a new folder call "unread mail". I can only get my new emails there. If i view one there, and then close it without deleting it first, it's gone. GONE! not in the inbox, not in the deleted folder, gone. If i get an email that ends up in the junk folder, and i right click it to be moved to the inbox, it's GONE. not in the inbox, and now not in the junk folder either. I get periodic requests if i want to archive my emails, and I've said yes. however i recently looked into the archive folders, and they're all empty. i swear i hate Vista, and now i'm beginning to hate Outlook.     - More On Opening Links in Email I use Office Pro 2007 + Outlook 2007, I think I've read all the questions and answers about links in emails not opening with a General Failure error, htttp://... Application not found. Resetting the browser has not worked. This just started 3 days ago.     - Inbox view does not refresh when new mail is received. I am running Office 2007 on a Vista machine. When Outlook does a Send/Receive, the Inbox in the Navigation Pane bolds to show a new email is received but the Inbox View does not refresh. When I go to click on View, then Refresh, it is grayed out. I have to click on a different folder in the Navigation Pane then click on Inbox again to see the new email(s) received.     - Set Default Signature in Outlook 2007 Hi I try to set default signature through code (C# & VS 2008), it successfully writes 'New Signature' and 'Reply/Forward Signature' values in a registry.     - Outlook 2007 - new Emails not showing up in inbox Incoming messages often do not show up in my inbox. This is sporadic and not related to emails from any specific email address. When it happens sometimes it is one email, sometimes it is a group from different sources. I keep my inbox in the view by date received with the most recent at the top. I finally figured out that if I click on another email from the same person and view all in the order "from" that email, the missing email shows up (But only in that view). Also if I click on unread mail, the missing emails show up (in that view). Once I open the email (if I find it), it shows up in my inbox.     - How do I set a rule to move mail from inbox to a folder after reading Hi. Currently I have a bunch of folders sorted by sender, and incoming emails go directly into thier respective folders if I have a rule set for that sender. I now need messages to go to the inbox until I read them and then automatically be moved to their respective folder. The reason for this is that I have a new phone that only notifies me when new messages are in my inbox on the server, and I need to know when I get emails from certain people.     - How do I see Folder List and Shortcuts at simultaneously I have lots of folders and some are expandable. In Outlook before 2003, I could display the Folder List & Shortcuts at the same time. If there was an expandable folder off screen on the Folder List and it was in Shortcuts, clicking on the folder in Shortcuts would place the folder at the bottom of the screen highlighted. Then it was easy to click on the folder and open it up. With Outlook 03 and 07 Shortcuts are useless on expandable folders. In Folder List, if a folder is off screen, you have to scroll down.     - outlook express 6.0 images blocked I use Outlook Express for my mailtool and for the last 8+ months I've been having problems. I have Netscape as my internet provider and my mail initially goes to the Netscape mailtool. From there it gets downloaded to Outlook Express. The mail looks okay in Netscape, but after it gets to Outlook Express most of the pictures have been replaced by white boxes with red X's (My mail is set up to download images.     - Blocked mail to large group I sent an email to a group of about 300 people in the USA (I'm currently in Italy) and then sent a similar email to a group of the same size in Italy. The one to Italy went through but no one (not even myself) received the first one.     - Problems sending large files One of my users is using AOL as his internet provider. He says that he can send multiple file attachments with AOL, but not with his Outlook. The SMTP server settings are the same, but for some reason, he cannot send multiple attachments with Outlook.
