Hi,

when i do a reply .... somehow my name gets inserted right before the tect
I type in ....and the font and color are different from my regular
defaults...si I have to delete my name and change the font styles just to get
started,,,,,,,,
Almost like I have seen documentversioning where each contributing editor
that touched the document gets automatically identified so everyone knows who
is saying what ??

Check the Tools menu > Options > Email options dialog. See if the "Mark my
comments with" options are chosen.

Vince..I see what you are refering to ..that has to be it ...this user is
not on my network and as I tried to show him where this setting is
..unfortunatly he does not have the "OPTIONS" selection on the TOOLS
menu......so he will have to whine to some other netadmin about that
......... he must have been unrestricted at some point in order for him to
have made these settings and now someone has "reeled him in "

thanks
