One of my users is using AOL as his internet provider. He says that he can
send multiple file attachments with AOL, but not with his Outlook. The SMTP
server settings are the same, but for some reason, he cannot send multiple
attachments with Outlook.

Unfortunately the user is significantly remote from me (as in multiple
states away -- I'm in Georgia and he's in Mass.) so I can't go and see what
his computer is saying. I don't really have much more info, although I can
get more information, albeit second-hand.

Hello John,
>it might be an conflict issue with third party softwares like spyware or antivirus( diable these programs)
Outlook by itself doesnot resist in sending large file e-mails.
Please letus know more about the issue and the error message.

Ok. I'll send the user a link to this thread and ask him to post the
symptoms. That way you and the rest of the people here will get it first-hand
rather than filtered through me. :-)
