Outlook connecting using Yahoo email

I am trying to set up a second email account for MS Outlook 2007 and the
first works fine but I cant get it to connet to my yahoo account.

It gives a check mark for:
Establish network connection
Search for myemail@yahoo.com server settings

Then it puts an X in front of:
Log on to server and send a test email

Then a box "Enter Network Password" pops up saying:
Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
then asks for my user name and password, I click ok and it continues to
reappear.

At the same time My AOL Safety pops up and says:
"SC0038 An error occured while processing the email with the subject:
Unknown.
Please check your connection to the Internet and resend the email."

I am connected.....Whats wrong?

Do you have a PAID account with Yahoo so you can get access to their
mail hosts? Only a few regional Yahoo domains still permit access to
their mail hosts for free accounts. Does your ISP contract e-mail
services through Yahoo?
