Over the past few weeks, Outlook became slower and slower. Finally it took
several minutes to open. When it did open, I tried to export (so I could
back up), but a "Internal translation system error" came up.

When I tried to open an email in my inbox, I got a Microsoft Outlook
encountered a problem and needs to close.

I tried using the disk to repair, but nothing improved. I now want to
re-install Outlook, but want to find and dave the outlook.pst file and
archive.pst file. I can't find them on my computer running windows XP.

I would appreciate a hand.
