I get an error message when trying to add an appointment to my calendar:
"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."
What do I do to repair?

Rob,
I have to admit I am confused, 1st I don't have a clue where you are
starting with you say: â?¢ The short way can only be used when you have the
Owner permissions or are working with a pst-file;
Right-click the folder with the issues-> Properties-> tab Forms-> button
Manageâ?¦-> button Clear Cache
Since it is an Outlook calendar issue in creating an appointment, what is
actually the first step, ie (Right-click the folder with the issues). Do you
have a step by step on the repair of this since we are not all Microsoft
programmer/developers

Rob asked the question. I supplied an answer.

If it's a Calendar issue, right-click the Calendar folder in the Navigation
Pane.

High level knowledge is not required and I gave you a link to a web page
that describes the process in detail and supplies a link to a free tool that
can automate it. Didn't you read the message you quoted?
