You've only added to the confusion. We still have no idea which mail support
mode of Outlook 2000 you are using, and it matters greatly. I'll give you
two choices: Internet Mail Only or Corp/Workgroup.
First you said you created multiple Personal Folders in your Outlook
profile. Now you say you created files in "My Shortcuts." We still have no
idea what you did.
