Meeting request issue

We use Office 2007 and when sending out a meeting request from Outllok 2007,
some of the users get the following instead of the request:

Hello, I am having the same issue with meetings sent to AOL accounts from Outlook 2007 and was wondering if you found a fix? An example of the issue I am seeing is below. Thanks in advance for you response.

Your recipient's mail client appears to be failing to decode the incoming
message properly. The data you show is the contents of a standard vCalendar
file. Instead of seeing the data as an attachment, it is being displayed as
text.
