When I click on a link in an email I receive from someone else, it will open
and IE window ONLY if there are no IE windows already open. I use Outlook for
email.

And what happens if it's not? Any error message?
We know you are using Outlook; that's why you posted to this newsgroup,
right? Your version of Outlook, Windows and IE would be handy to know as
well if you are looking for support on your issue.

If I already have one or more IE (6.0.2900.2180) windows open and click on a
link in an email nothing happens- no error messages or anything. The links
act just like any other text in the email.
I use Outlook 2003, SP3.
Yes, I'd like support. That's why I am posting to this newsgroup- right.

menu?

I haven't tried that. What all will that do if I click reset?

Dianne,
When I went to IE Help it didn't look like that would help. I'm wondering if
this started happening after I downloaded SP3 for Outlook. Is there anything
in that that might be at fault?
