I'm using Outlook 2007 and used to have a "Not Junk" button displayed on my
Standard toolbar. It is now gone. What happened? I went to Add and remove
buttons thinking it should be an option there but it's not there. I know it
was there in the past because I have a screen shot of it. Ever think you're
going crazy? :-)

It's only there when you are in the Junk Email folder.

Thanks. What's the difference between the Not Junk button and the Mark as Not
Junk button I dug up? (Right-click in the toolbar area, Customize, Commands
tab, Action, Mark as Not Junk, drag to a toolbar)

There is no difference; it's the exact same button. "Mark as Not Junk" is
the official name for it but got shortened in the main interface to recover
some space in the Toolbar ;-)
