We get email alerts(HTML Format) that contain barcodes. The barcode on the screen looks fine but when printed from outlook it compresses the barcode making it unreadable.

I've taken a screen shot of the barcode from Outlook and printed it. it reads fine. I've copy and pasted the barcode into word and it reads fine. It just seems to be printing from outlook is the issue. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Does it look OK in the Print Preview window?

What are these barcodes - inline images, or text with a barcode font?

Also, is it only one Outlook installation with one printer that causes
the issue, or does it also happen from another Outlook on another printer?
