click 'Send/Receive'

Most likely you've placed Outlook in Offline Mode via File-> Work Offline

from Fred @ Home

i am assuming that you are using outlook... outlook 2003 as part of ofc
2003. try gg to to your OUTLOOK FOLDERS screen. at the top of screen are
the seven tabs (LEFT TO RIGHT) FILE thru HELP... CLICK ON THE 5TH TAB
(TOOLS) TAB AND THEN ON THE DROP DOWN BOX CLICK ON THE OPTIONS TAB GO TO
THE TABS ACROSS THE TOP OF THE SMALL DROP DOWN OPTIONS BOX AND CLICK ON THE
2ND TAB (MAIL SETUP). THE 2ND VERTICAL BREAKOUT IN THAT NEW SCREEN IS "SEND
AND RECEIVE" BE SURE THE "SEND IMMEDIATELY WHEN CONNECTED" BOX IS
CHECKED.. THEN CLICK ON THE (SEND/RECEIVE) BUTTON AND CLICK ON ALL THE
ITEMS IN THE "SETTING FOR GROUP "ALL ACCOUNTS" THAT YOU DESIRE... I CLICK ALL
BUT THE LAST (AS SOMETIMES I DONT WANT TO SEND WHEN SHUTTING DOWN.

LET ME KNOW IF THAT HELPS
