If you deleted the mail profile then it should be gone as after all; you
deleted all mail configuration settings. I don't believe you deleted the
mail profile but only removed the account and apparently deleted a pst-file?
Sounds like you've corrupted your mail profile now. Recreate it as indicated
via;
