All of the views are showing very small and hard to read. I don;t want to
change the actual messages, just the on-screen view. I have a very small
monitor. Is there a way to change the view on all email folders. I can only
find a way to change folders one at-a-time.

Hi Nicci,
you can follow any one of these
>tools>options>mail format>fonts
OR

open a new mail message and point your mouse in the body of the message.
Hold your Ctrl key and scroll your mouse. by this way you can just zoom the
message content.

Thanks, but I am having a problem with the main screen, that shows all of the
folders and all of the messages. Is there a way to make them all bigger?
They're very small. I was able to do it in "Customize a Current View" but
couldn't find a way to do all folders as a default. I have a lot of folders,
and messages. Thanks

I'm sure Outlook isn't your only issue then. Change it more globally by
changing the DPI settings in Windows.

Resetting all views to default and then modifying the default view should
work. The technique is described here:
