Hi asphy,
and does your provider has a website with "configuration information" with
your Outlook version?
Did you check this website?
If you select in Outlook "Tools/E-mail-Acounts" => select "available e-mail
accounts => select the e-mail account and click on "Edit".
Now click on "Check account settings" (or something simular).
Do you get any error message?
