trying to export .aba file from Palm Desktop to .csv file and having

I'm getting these odd square characters in my notes section of
the .csv file which I think are carriage returns in palm desktop that
are unrecognizable to excel. Any idea how to eliminate them?

I hate to ask what may be an obvious question, but, what does Outlook have
to do with this?

Have you asked Palm?
