    - Contacts display but not when typing message Hello I had to reinstall my system and now I have the following problem. I imported my 'address book' from a safeguard and it displays fine when I click on 'contacts' But when I type a message and click on 'to', the table that appears is empty.     - Sending Blank E-Mails For some strange reason, Outlook 2007 started sending all my e-mail as blanks. However, the receipient can click on REPLY to open. I have never used any type of signature, encrypted or initiated any kind of privacy measure. I have searched through all the commands, menus and toolbars but still can't figure this out.     - My Inbox messages have gone to my sent items Suddenly without warning all my inbox messages from one account only (of 2) have automatically relocated to my sent items folder. The email had to be opened to be shown, and that could lead to the activation of malicious code. Even to day as I make new folders, the preview pane is automatically there. I have many, many email folders in my outlook 2007, all of which has gotten their preview pane reactivated after a recent hard disk crash. Now I wonder: Is using the preview pane lowering the security level? Is there an easy one step way to turn off the preview pane in all folders?     - Multiple Progiles in Outlook 2K3 problem Hi All, I'm having a problem lately with multiple profiles. Using Outlook 2K3 running against Exchange 2K3, I've got about a dozen or so mailboxes to which I need access, each of which has a profile set up on my machine. Outlook is set up to prompt me to select a profile when I launch the app, however, recently it stopped prompting me each time I launch Outlook. The only time it prompts me now is after a log off or reboot. When attempting to switch to a different profile in the past, I made sure that the Outlook process has completely gone away in TaskManager and that MAPI32 (?) is gone, as well. Lately I've noticed that the MAPI process is not running at all. I'm thinking that there might be an issue with the registry but before I do a repair or start digging around in regedit I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas. Any feedback is appreciated. Hi, I've created a previous topic in regards to this issue and Kathleen Orland was kind enough to offer the /cleanfreebusy switch, which temporary resolves the problem. Now this problem appears to be spreading to all users in our domain, primary, users with laptops.     - Send/receive complete every minute I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2. When it is opened, I am seeing "send/receive complete" pop up on the status bar every 60 seconds or so. It disappears after a few seconds. Clicking on it has no effect (no dialog box pops up). It seems to be independent of the regular send/receive mail cycle. Deactivating auto send/receive has no effect. I tried turning off auto send/receive (both on accounts individually and as a group), changing the interval, etc. I have already used Detect and Repair. The OS easily got activated. Then I installed Office Home and Student, and upgraded to Office Standard.     - Outlook 2003 insert file dialog will not display as list Hi I have a strange problem with some users on Outlook 2003 (SP3) on Windows XP (SP2). When clicking the paper clip icon to insert a file, the resulting dialog box will not allow you to display the files as the 'list' or 'details' view. If you select either of these, the files are displayed as icons, despite the drop down box confirming that the files should be displayed in list form. This is not a problem for every user, but for those that have this issue, it is not apparent on any other Office product installed on their systems.     - link from outlook to word bookmark opens doc but not at bookmark I want to put a link into an email (Outlook 2003) to open a Word doc right at a bookmark. When I test the link (by sending the email to myself and clicking the link), it opens the Word doc, but at the top of the doc, not at the bookmark. Have you tried going to Control Panel - Add Remove Programs and uninstalling
the Motorola Phone Tool?

Check in OL, under Options for Comm add-ins and untick the Motorola
reference.
In Add/Remove dialogue, uninstall Motorola software, or visit Motorola site
for updated software, if you still use a Motorola
