It's happened now a couple of times. People send me e-mails that I never
get. The person phones me and says, "Did you get my e-mail?"

My answer is "No."

"OK, then I will resend it," they say. "When you get it give me a call."

An hour later I call and say, "Uh, I didn't get it.Why don't you read me the
e-mail address you have for me." After confirming that the e-mail address
they are using is correct, I say, "Why don't you delete my e-mail address,
reenter it, and then send me another e-mail."

Thirty minutes later I call and say, "Uh, I didn't get it."

This has happened to me twice in the last month, each time on a different
computer.

Can anyone help me resolve this anomaly?

Guy

By the way, I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with SP3 applied.

Perhaps you have some rules configured?
Or maybe your ISP has spam filtering?

What makes you think the problem is on your end? Chances are the problem is
theirs.

Most common problem with missing email is spam filter. Check your Outlook
spam filter. Btw, did the sender get an non delivery report?
