    - Pasteing Word document into Outlook gives extra lineshifts Hi guys, This seems to be an oldie but I havent really found a satisfied solution to this phenomena so I am trying again. When I paste from Word into Outlook I get double line shifts, I am not using word as the default editor. I am using HTML format as standard in the mail editor. I also see that when I start a new mail the Format->Style is set to Normal. After pasting the word text its automaticly set to "Paragraph" (I am norwegian and using the norwegian version so I am not sure what it sais in English but its the last option, buttom selection, on the Style list) What is funny though is that a friend is doing the same thing and he in his Outlook he does not get double line shift. He maintain the formatting from the word. We have compared the settings in Outlook but have not found any differencies. Anyone here know a good permanent solution ? I know I can copy the text through notepad to get rid of the formatting and I know I can change to rich text or text instead of HTML but that is not satisfacory for me.     - Outlook 2007 Spell Check issue I am wondering if anyone else is having issueswith Outlook 2007 spell check? I have Outlook 2007 setup with an exchange account and two POP accounts. Everthing works exactly like it should except the spell check feature. Spell check is set correctly to prompt to change missed words (those underlined in red) before sending out emails. This only works correctly for the exchange account. If you mis-spell a word using the POP accounts it will be underlined in red pointing out that it is misspelled but I am never prompted to change it, the email just sends right out.     - Cached outlook recipient Hello We have a user with e-mail (exchange 2k3). We made a new user for him and added the primary SMTP-address of his old user as an alias to his new user. The problem is that many users have his email cached in Outlook, so when they start typing his name in the TO-field his name pops up and they select it. That mail is then delivered to his old account and not to his new one. If they look him up in the address list it's delivered to his new users.     - Problem replying email A user when replying emails (from MS Outlook 2003) to some of the internet users, it always undelivered and bounce back (refer to below for the errors). But when user manually keyin the email address, it sent successfully. It always happened on these 3 domain email accounts.     - But you have to manual enter the information i.e. name and phone number for the task. Unless I'm missing something. In Goldmine I can schedule a phone call, appointment or task and it's linked to the contact and shows up on my calendar. I click on any of these it takes me to the contact. and in the case of the phone message it dials the number. If I complete a one of these I have a tick box that I can use to generate a follow up. We plan to change our mail provider and use a hosted Exchange environment for our emails. For testing purposes, I signed-up with our desired provider.     - Send button no longer on Message ribbon after reinstall I recently had to reinstalling Office 2007 Professional RTM after the secondary (i.e. non-boot) hard drive suffered partial MFT corruption. I was able to uninstall Office 2007 successfully before fixing the drive and reinstalling the same version of Office from the same source discs. After reinstalling, I noticed that the Send button no longer appears on the Message ribbon like it used to. It used to be located where the Clipboard in now located on the Message ribbon. Now it only appears in the message itself, next to "To", "Cc", and "Bcc". After searching the discussion groups and the regular Office support site, I am unable to find a way to get this functionality back... nor am I able to find an explaination of why it disappeared. I was able to find some mention of changes to this functionality around the Beta 2 timeframe, but these installs were both of the RTM version. The only difference that I know of between the installs is this: The first install include Business Contact Manager. I just switched from OE to Outlook and find that although screen view shows details of the attachments to sent emails these dont show when I print out the emails.     - Outlook 2000: Outgoing mails never appear in Sent Items folder All, Here's one I haven't seen before: I have a client with Outlook 2000 (Yes, I know...), and starting about 3 months ago, email messages they have sent out don't appear in the Sent Items folder after they go out. The messages are indeed going out correctly, but that Sent Items folder remains totally empty. The folder size is about 2 kilobytes, and it is not increasing in size as new messages go out. On the File menu, point to Folder, and then click Properties for your folder name. 2. I've been using outlook 2007 for aprox. 2 weeks and it now starts a file
sync. process none stop. The only way I can get it to stop running the hard
drive is to shut the program down. HELP!!

Do you have an Exchange Server? If so how are you connecting to it? (via
VPN? RPC over HTTP? Locally across the LAN?) How big is your mailbox?
