uninstalling it will not get rid of the problem. system restore will not get
rid of the problem. there is no send button because you removed the only
working acct. set outlook offline. Close it. look in task manager and make
sure its closed or reboot. open outlook and delete the file. Now you can use
system restore to try and undo what you messed up.
