I set up Outlook and the Enter Network Password box keeps popping

I just started setting up Outlook on my stand alone PC. I set up a/c's for 6
addresses and the enter network box constantly pops up every 5 seconds.

You first: state your Outlook and Windows versions as well as the mail
account type you created.
