can you give us a little more info, such as what type of attachment and what
happens when you try?

Please help us to help you. What version of Outlook? Any attachments
or just some? Which ones? What does "I CANNOT OPEN" mean? What happens
when you try? If you get an error message, please quote it verbatim.
