Hi. Both of my computers exhibit this feature, and I don't understand why.
When I send one simple email message, the status bar shows "Sending 2 of 2."
I'm really sending only 1.
Any thoughts on why this behavior?
The second computer is new, with a new installation of the software.
Thanks for any feedback or insight.

it's a bug in outlook 2007. if you have multiple accounts it adds a number
to the number of messages being sent.

There is a workaround:

If you set up multiple Send/Receive groups, one for each account, and set
them to send at different times from each other (e.g. set one to 10 minutes,
one to 9 minutes), it'll count the right number of messages when doing an
automatic send and receive. It'll still count too many if you click the
Send/Receive button because they'll both (all?) be sending at the same time.

Post back if you're not sure how to set up Send/Receive groups and I'll go
into more detail.
