Hello,
Hope someone can help me. I have added (multiple times) various senders to
my safe senders list. I go to Junk email options and view the safe senders
list. They are there. But e-mail from them continues to end up in the Junk
Mail folder. My option for Junk Mail is set to low. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Bill

Do you, per chance, also have them (or their domain names) in your blocked
senders list? Are these senders in your Contacts folder?

Is this a home computer or work account with Exchange server mailbox? Do you
use another antispam tool besides what outlook includes?

This is a home computer. Yes, not that you mention it, I do have another
antispam tool. I will disable that one and see what happens.

thanks.
