I've found many posts saying the answer is to set IE as your default
application for opening http:, https:, url, etc, but as I use Firefox
I don't see why setting this browser as the default for all of these
extensions and protocols as the default, from the control panel while
running it as Administrator, does not work.

Any suggestions?
