Open Outlook and select from the menu:

- TOOLS
- OPTIONS
- E-MAIL OPTIONS... Button
- Turn on the check mark next to "Save copies of messages in Sent
Items folder".

Now Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS... Button
- Turn OFF the check mark next to "In folders other than the Inbox, save
replies with original message"

This should do the trick.

Yes the message sends. But if user replys or forwards e-mail from personal
folder it saves sent messgae in that personal folder instead of going to sent
items folder under his default mailbox. I can change this by replying to a
message and selecting options and change where it saves sent items but it
would take me hours to do for all his personal folders. Is their a quicker
way?
