trebuchet MS font won't save to PDF from Word

We're a print service provider and we get a lot of files in Word 2003. When I
create documents using Trebuchet MS and then save them as PDF the font does
not embed. I have the Embed all fonts checked as well as all subset fonts
checked. I've also checked that the actual font is listed in the "Always
Embed" column when saving to a pdf. Any ideas??

Also, when my clients send me Word documents using Trebuchet MS also, they
have the same issue with saving them to PDFs and the font embedding. HELP,
this is driving us nuts.

I have to ask this - you don't have the space for "Do not embed system
fonts" selected, do you?
