Hi,

If i send a mail to a group, is it possible to make the receiver see
only his name in the "To" field, each receiver of that mail has to see
only his name.?

can any one help me.

Either use the BCC field or use a mail merge. Mail merges are preferred =
when sending to a large number of recipients as ISPs may limit the =
number of recipients you can send to at one time.

I think mail merge is used in MS Word. i need to know about this in M
outlook 2007. can u please explain me how to use this.
