I am trying to do a spreadsheet with age, sex and name on. I need to be able
to pick out people from the spreadsheet that are for example, 20, male and
called Bob. How do I do this? Thanks

Ideally you would do this in Access with a single query.

Hi Vickie,

If your data is in Excel you may want to use the link below to also post in the MS Office Excel discussion group and include there
the version of Excel you're using as the location of features and their abilities can differ by version.
