Word for Office 2003 won't print graphics

Tutorials Win: Microsoft Windows Forum

I've got a customer whose running Office 2003. Her documents suddenly won't
print the graphics portion. Even in the print preview, the graphics don't
show up. I've tried setting the printer to a different printer in case the
driver didn't have graphics capabilities for that printer but the problem
still happens. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

Check the following settings:

Tools - Options - Print. Make sure that Drawing objects is checked. Make
sure that Draft output is not checked.

Tools - Options - View. Make sure that Drawings is checked and that Picture
placeholders is not checked.
