    - office works okay as admin but re-loads each time w/user profiles Each time I try to open an Office (2003 or XP) program as a USER (XPsp3 OS) the program "loads" popping up various windows but then finally seems to work. One of the windows says the stdole32.tlb is corrupt or does not exist please run setup again. This does not happen when logged in as ADMIN. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, changing permissions in the registry (even though that fix applied to NT and 2000) and using Windows Installer Cleanup utility all to no avail. Historically, I installed Office XP and uninstalled it and then installed Office 2003 before I noticed the problem. I am setting up a fresh virtual machine to determine if a clean XP install with a clean Office XP or 2003 install will solve the problem.     - Picture Manager Batch Processing Does anyone know if you can batch process to normalize the size of a group of pictures? i.e. have a 80 some pictures and I need them all to be no more than 240 pixels high.     - Picture formatting help - Word 2007 I am not able to move pictures in a Word document in 2007 the same way as in 2000 or 2003. Specifically, after inserting a picture into a document, I would right click the picture then choose â??Tightâ?? for the Wrapping Style and â??Otherâ?? for the Horizontal Alignment. Doing this would allow me to highlight the picture and then hold down the â??Altâ?? key while left clicking and dragging the picture to a precise location in the document. I have looked everywhere and tried all options in Word 2007 to find this same functionality and unable to do so. Can anyone tell me if this function is available in 2007? If so, where?!?!     - Office 2007 apps minimize automatically during screensaver activit We have just finished converting the corporation over to Office 2007 from Office 2000. We are still on XP. I have one user who uses the screensaver 3D Pipes (set at 20 minutes) and has not changed screensavers from one Office version to the other. When the screensaver comes on, his Office 2007 applications automatically minimize. IE 6 does not, nor does any other non-Office application.     - MODI writer - Does not appear after reinstall I have searched all through the MODI (Microsoft Document Image Writer) posts on this site and have tried all answers I found (though most answers contained links to other sites that no longer existed). None of them have worked. I've removed and readded the MODI program through the Add/Remove Programs>Office2003 feature, and though I've done that several times, The Microsoft Document Imaging option does not show up in my Printers & Faxes window.     - Office Printing Issues I recently got a new Dell XPS 420 running Vista. I re-purposed my old computer to be a print server, and am running my old printer (an HP DeskJet 722C) as the primary network printer. When I try to print from Word or Excel (the only 2 programs I've tried), the documents do not print. I can print to my LOCAL printer, and I can sucessfully print a test page on the network printer, but for whatever reason Word and Excel documents will not print on the network printer. Any ideas?     - Office installer starts when I right click on desktop folder I am running Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba Satellite A205. I installed Office 2007 from a disc for which my company has purchased several licenses. The installer ran for several minutes upon opening every application - I could find no fix that worked, so I uninstalled, cleared the registry, defraged, etc, then installed again. I thought all was well until I discovered that when I right click a folder on my desktop, I get the dreaded "please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007". It eventually goes away and the right click menu appears. But also I notice the Office is not listed in the Set Default Programs list - I have to start the application and open the file rather than open it automatically in the correct office application.     - Default Word Processor I am using Office 2007 but I also have Word Perfect 11 installed. When I click on a .doc file which should open in MS Word, it instead opens up in Word Perfect.     - Visual Studio 2008 Debugging Error Message I have an old version of Microsoft Word (2000) running on Windows XP SP3 with the full Expression Studio 2 installed. It has been running fine, or at least until recently. Sometimes, a screen pops up that says "an unhandled Win32 exception occured in WINWORD.EXE [3052]. Possible debuggers: "New Instance of Visual Studio 2008" Then there are a couple of options for the default choice. I've not begun computer programming yet, so I have no idea what it means. It asks me "do you want to debug using the selected debugger?" If I click "yes" then it opens VS2008 and attempts to debugg (which seems to be doing nothing). Meanwhile, MS Word isn't responding.
