    - Office 2007 Unavailable I have Office 2007 Professional installed on my computer and I received an email attachment with an "mdi" extension. I did some research and found that I had to install Scanning, OCG and Indexing Services Filter in the Office Tools section. After I followed the directions received from Microsoft my entire Outlook was unavailable and all of the files within the Outlook folder in the Add or Remove Programs screen were marked "Unavailable", when I tried to reinstall or reopen nothing worked and I am without an email client at this time. I have tried to Restore my computer to an earlier time and it will not complete the restore. The machine just shuts down. I have the product key for this version and downloaded it in Jan 08. I did delete the Trial version that came w/ my new emachine computer.     - Microsoft accounting 2008 I'm not sure where to find help for this question. I have tried to download the free express version and the 60 day free trial of the professional version of microsoft accounting 2008 and I have had the same problem with both. It won't install the SQL version 2005 ( I don't know what it is talking about ) with a name like MSSLMBIZ - well that isn't quite right but I closed it and can't remember what it is called. It occurs in the VBA method CommandButton_ok_Click. They are using version 2002 of Excel. When I use help in any of my Office 2003 suite products, then click on the link on the right hand side to open the help dialogue box, the dialogue box opens far above the viewable portion of my onscreen display - and cannot be moved up or down. Hope someone could help me resolve this mystery. I have installed office 2007 enterprise and junk email filter in office outlook simply refuses to work.     - fonts disappear from Office Apps after reboot So - I'm at my wits end - any suggestions would be appreciated!! On an XP SP2 machine with Office 2003 SP2 we install a true-type font and it works just fine. We can see it in Control Panel \ Fonts folder as well as use it in Office products. We logoff/login - same thing - works fine. We restart system - this font is no longer available in Office products but are still visible in Fonts folder. This happens with many fonts that we install - so it's not font specific. We've rebuilt the device twice and the problem reoccurs for this pocket of users. We've had them login to test machines and it works fine (ruling out ID related issue). I've logged into his machine and had the issue (generating a new local profile). So - we think we've narrowed it down to their physical devices with a physical reboot. From reading another thread re: fonts, I did confirm the registry of the device does have the Fonts key and does contain all the fonts. This problem is specific to the applications (Adobe and Office) not being able to see/use the fonts after a reboot. Has anyone come across something like this? My PC was running OK until I installed the ones released back in February of 2008. Not to mention that IE6 is somewhat sluggish and will not start at times; plus the program installer malfunctions too. I am worried that I will not be able to reinstall Office 2007 though since I installed it already on 3 different computers.
