OUtlook 2007 (Enterprise) spell check will not check spelling!

When I try to use Spell Check in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (Enterprise),
I am shown a message as follows:
The spelling and grammar check is complete.
Text marked with "Do not check spelling or grammar" was skipped.

I can't seem to find an option that selects text to be ommited from a check
or any list of words that have been excepted (and vice-versa).

The Autocheck still has limited capacity.

Can you please help me solve this problem?

Have you contacted the IT person at the company from where you have =
purchased the Office 2007 Enterprise Home program from ???

Yes. All the settings have been checked & rechecked. Also, Office was
repaired and the reinstalled. No resolve!
